Is it difficult to change accountants?

It is usually straight forward to switch accountants. We will contact your previous accountants on your behalf and arrange for all records to be sent to us. For a smooth transition you need to ensure that all fees charged by your previous accountant are up to date as they can with hold your information until they are paid.

Will my fees go up?

We try to agree fees with our clients in advance of all engagements however if wea are asked to undertake specialist work we will agree a fee in advance.

Will I be dealing with the owner or junior accountant?

All our client deal with a partner, with no exceptions

My accountant does not return calls or I cannot get hold of him/her?

We will always try to revert to all enquiries within 24 hours, in the event that a matter is urgent we have provided our clients with the partners mobile number.

When am I billed?

We only bill our clients once the engagement is completed however we do have clients that like to pay us on a monthly standing order. Our terms however are strictly 30 days.
